Lindsay Berkebile

Lindsay grew up in Somerset, PA, and currently attends the Rochester Institute of Technology’s film and animation program. He films have won multiple awards and recognitions throughout her career: Her first freshman film, Copiers, was chosen to represent her class in the Brick City Homecoming Festival, her live action fiction film, Harold Please, was shown in 4 international film festivals and won second place and people’s choice in the Harmony Ridge film festival, and Lindsay’s 10-week experimental pixilation animation film and installation piece, Life by the Sevens, won Lindsay the X-FACTOR woman’s filmmaker award and scholarship in 2009. Lindsay has also been nominated by the faculty at RIT to win the Rochester Audio and Visual filmmaker grant award. Throughout this year, Lindsay worked with Jordan Greenhalgh, a past Princess Grace Film Honoraria Award winner and the on his senior thesis as one of the head pixilation animators. Lindsay is thankful that her films have reached a wide variety of audiences and only inspired Lindsay to further her film career and push her vision into her next project, her senior thesis.
