Regina has been designing scenery for drama and ensemble-based theater for fifteen years. She has designed for directors Giovanna Sardelli, Daniella Topol, Thomas Kail, Victor Maog, Ron Himes, Michael J. Garcés, Bonnie Metzgar, Megan Carney, and Bartlett Sher, amongst others; and for renowned Latino theaters including Repertorio Español, the Puerto Rican Traveling Theater, INTAR and Pregones Theater. Regina was invited to exhibit at the 2013 World Stage Design Conference & Exhibit, Cardiff, Wales; and is a Fellow of the NEA/TCG Career Development Program for Designers. A graduate of NYU’s Department of Design for Stage and Film, Regina is a company member with Chicago’s Teatro Vista and Rivendell Theatre Ensemble; and a member of United Scenic Artists Local 829. Regina recently became Regional Associate Member of the League of Professional Theatre Women.
Recently completed projects include: Seven Guitars by August Wilson, directed by Ron OJ Parson at The Court Theatre; and American Wee Pie by Lisa Dillman, directed by Megan Carney for Rivendell Theatre Ensemble, Chicago.
