Christopher Annas-Lee is the co-founder and Resident Designer of The Circuit Theatre Company and Resident Lighting Designer of GALA Hispanic Theatre. At GALA, he received a 2015 Helen Hayes award for his design of Yerma and was nominated for a 2016 HH award for Cervantes. Recent credits include Alan Cumming Sings Sappy Songs (J.F. Kennedy Center), The Full Monty (Penobscot Theatre), American Muskrat (Off-Broadway, Circuit Theatre), and Eryc Taylor Dance’s 10th Anniversary Tour of Mexico. Christopher interned for Don Holder on Broadway’s Oslo and She Loves Me, and for Howell Binkley and Ryan O’Gara on A Bronx Tale and Hamilton. Christopher holds a BFA in Lighting Design from North Carolina School of the Arts and was a 2014/15 Kenan Design Fellow at the J.F. Kennedy Center. His portfolio is available at www.annaslee.com.
