Camille Hayes

Camille Hayes is a theatre director based in the San Francisco Bay Area committed to creating bold, intellectually rich theatrical works that explore the many realities of intersectionality. Camille is the recipient of a California Shakespeare Theater Artistic Fellowship, a Stage Directors and Choreographers Foundation Observership, and an Oregon Shakespeare Festival FAIR program Assistantship. Some of her directing credits include Naomi Wallace’s The War Boys and Between This Breath and You as well as Aaron Loeb’s First Person Shooter (co-directed with Aldo Billingslea) and Eve Ensler’s The Vagina Monologues (co-directed with Laurel Bettis). She has served as Assistant Director to Eric Ting, Lisa Portes, Laurie Woolery, and Desdemona Chiang.
